Dynamic Document Reporting Manager
The Client Letter Report Manager module produces reports on document production by individual User and by Work Group (i.e., department). A report can be based on any activity reported in any column or combination of columns in Document History, such User ID or User ID combined with document template names.
Client Letter Report Manager generates reports on Document History based on a defined time period for transactions, i.e., current day, previous day or other time periods and can be grouped by workgroup, user or template. The report can be run dynamically (Real-Time) or stored to run periodically, and can either show online or via print. Third party reporting software, such as Crystal Reports, can also read Document History to produce standard or dynamic/real-time reports.
