Real-Time Document History and Archive

Client Letter Archive Manager stores copies of generated documents in Archive History Tables after they have remained in Client Letter Document History for a specified amount of time. A user with Restore permission can browse or restore documents from Archived History. Archived History can be searched with the same keys as regular History.
