Transaction-Based Customer Correspondence

Transaction-based documents are requests to Client Letter initiated by another application that generally produce documents in the background without user interaction. Client Letter can be the correspondence interface for all enterprise systems such as enrollment, claims, IVR, CRM and legacy applications. Client Letter can seamlessly integrate with existing enterprise systems to receive and/or request the appropriate customer data and content to generate the required business documents.

At any point in an application’s business workflow at which a customer communication is required, Client Letter can generate the document – instantly produced and delivered by web, fax, email or queued for sorting and print. Most documents can be produced in the background, without user interaction. But when user interaction is required (as when a value is missing or optional paragraph must be selected) the Client Letter API makes all of its functionality available at any point in the document creation process. After presenting a request to the user, Client Letter can continue the completion of the document in the background.
