Customer Correspondence Automation

to implement Client Letter, a document automation solution
Rockville, MD, January 12, 2010Lincoln Trust Company selected Client Letter from Top Down System, a leading provider of document automation software to the financial, insurance and utility markets, as their document automation solution. Client Letter will streamline the customer correspondence processes, enabling Lincoln Trust to completely automate customer correspondence as well as effectively communicate with their clients in the preferred delivery method, i.e. print, email, fax.
