Responsibilities:
As part of the Professional Services team, you will participate in critical pre-Sales activities, Installation and Implementation deployments, consulting engagements and day-to-day customer support activities. Excellent oral and written communication skills are essential. A successful team member will possess a detail-oriented, analytical aptitude and have extensive Project Management experience. Those who enjoy a small-company atmosphere, are well-spoken, creative and contribute to the success of the group, are rewarded. The average tenure of staff members is eight years.
As a Top Down Systems Business Analyst your responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Participate in onsite Operational Reviews (business process analyses) of new customer document production operations
- Interact with all levels of customer staff
- Support or lead Implementation and Training engagements
- Provide day-to-day support for customers and coordinate issues with team members
- Coordinate and Document business requirements as part of the SOW process
- Recommend improvements to software design, workflow and usability
- Participate in design and problem resolution sessions
- Analyze and document test results for new features and functionality
- 25% travel is required
Qualifications / Experience:
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- 3-5 years experience in software or customer service in Fortune 1000 company
- Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills
- Driven team player with exceptional customer service focus
- Dependable, independent and able to handle multiple tasks
- Ability to learn new software quickly
- Intermediate to expert knowledge of Windows and Microsoft Office products
- Experience with Adobe InDesign or similar products
- Experience with large-scale DBMSs
