Director of Marketing
TDSC is looking for a creative and proven Director of Marketing who can take up the challenge to help us reach double digit growth over the next two years. This position requires a take charge attitude with a new corporate approach that requires working independently while managing all facets of marketing. Thorough research, analysis, and evaluation of ROI before implementing or executing any marketing plans and a solid track record of unprecedented success are a must.
Responsibilities
The primary responsibilities of the Director of Marketing include but are not limited to:
- Work side-by-side with sales and engineering to evaluate and launch new products and services
- Manage and execute lead generation campaigns
- Develop marketing collateral, case studies and white papers
- Manage and optimize Google Adwords and other online marketing
- Maintain our corporate website and develop and approve appropriate content
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis
- Promote solutions to targeted verticals
- Develop marketing plans for cross-selling
- Collaborate with Sales Team to create effective sales pieces
- Manage public relations activities
Qualifications
- Bachelor Degree - MBA in Marketing preferred
- 10+ years in software marketing experience, preferably in the document correspondence/management industry
- Strong writing and verbal skills and the ability to work closely with customers
- Must be able to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Must be detail-oriented and well organized
- History of exceeding goals and expectations

Inside Sales Representative
Responsibilities
- Develop an active sales pipeline of qualified prospects through cold and warm calling
- Proactively call into VP and “C” level executives within prospective companies to schedule product demos
- Build and maintain product knowledge base in order to clearly and effectively communicate Top Down Systems value proposition and overcome objections
- Manage and follow up on post meeting actions to establish next steps and move towards onsite meetings for outside sales team
- Update SalesForce.com with all relevant information related to the opportunity
- Achieve monthly quota for demos scheduled

Software Developer—Windows platform
Top Down Systems Corp is looking for an ambitious quick learner with at least five years of software development experience, at least one year of which was spent developing desktop applications in Visual Basic (preferably VB6). Experience in developing web applications using Java, PHP, HTML, CSS and XSLT is very desirable. Knowledge of LINUX or .NET a plus. Candidate must have excellent communication and social skills.
The successful candidate will be part of a core team of software programmers responsible for maintaining our Client Letter product line. Top Down Systems offers competitive salaries as well as health, dental and retirement plans.
Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to the following:
- Participate in design discussions
- Help plan future product direction
- Develop in multiple environments
- Develop in multiple programming languages
- Research and code PDL formats such as XPS, PDF or PostScript
- Provide support to sales
- Provide second level support to customers
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or higher (preferred)
