Trigger Documents for Automated Document Generation

The Client Letter Trigger Document feature automatically generates corresponding documents pertaining to the original. This eliminates additional document authoring by representatives reducing production time and input errors. Trigger Documents are generated at the same time as the main document is generated and may contain different text. Each document may be addressed to a different recipient and delivered via that recipient's preferred method.

An example of a Trigger Document may be a notification to a separate recipient that the original has been sent. Trigger Documents can initiate document requests from other sources and suppress non-required or unnecessary personal customer information.
