Document Print Production and Management
Client Letter Print Manager manages the output paths for print production, including centralized, local and distributed destinations. Print jobs can be held in queues that can be released for printing by Client Letter Print Manager. Printing can also take place at scheduled intervals.
Client Letter Print Manager may run without user intervention. Output destinations include email, paper, fax or EDI. Client Letter Print Manager supports PDF, XML, RTF, HTML, TIFF, AFP, Metacode, XPS and other print formats. Client Letter Print Manager can group printed output by attachment, enclosures, document type, forms, routing, etc. and sort by recipient type (i.e., insured, provider, agent), zip code or other value indexed in document history. Client Letter Print Manager also supports barcodes, OCR and AIMS marks for insertion machines.
