Document and Business Rule Migration

Client Letter Document Migration is a comprehensive tool that supports easily moving a single document, a subject or a whole library from a test environment to a production environment. Client Letter Migration brings up a second Client Letter Database Maintenance or Client Letter Document Maintenance client, allowing cut/copy/paste from one to the other. The Client Letter Migration tool moves all business rules associated with the document to the new environment. For example, a document that includes business rules such as automatic carbon copies and trigger documents to third party recipients are automatically included when the item is migrated or copied to another library.

Separate Client Letter databases may be created to facilitate the testing of system changes, policy changes or procedural business changes. Whether the change is data related (new system variables), policy related (different valid dates or versioning of text) or business rule related (inclusion of variable text based on the results of conditional logic), Client Letter is able to incorporate those changes in an integrated test environment. Client Letter Administrators can create specific test case scenarios to facilitate acceptance testing as well as other testing phases.
