Document Workflow Maintenance


Client Letter Document Maintenance allows end-user document administrators to create and maintain document templates, set-up document business rules, document workflow processes and maintain user profiles. The following documents are created and maintained within Document Maintenance.
  • Documents - Original correspondence sent to a recipient
  • Attachments - Documents that are created in Client Letter and sent out with correspondence
  • Enclosures - Documents not created within Client Letter, but included in the correspondence to the recipient
  • Carbon Copies - Cover documents created and maintained within Client Letter. The original correspondence is attached to the cover document and sent to another recipient
  • Trigger Documents - Documents triggered to be mailed due to the original's mailing
  • FollowUp Documents - Documents that are generated after a determined time from the original document's mailing

Document properties such as output destination, word processing permission and archive information are also specified in Document Maintenance. In addition, set-up for Conditional Logic, Variable Editing and Quality Assurance are maintained in Document Maintenance.
