Client Letter automates the entire document creation process generating personalized letters, proposals, statements or policies. Users can easily select a document from hundreds of pre-approved form documents, build a document from stored paragraphs, or create a document from scratch.
With Client Letter, users never send incomplete or inaccurate documents. All document variables are resolved either from existing customer databases or are entered by the user. The Variable Editing Feature checks the accuracy of all variable information against established rules and provides instructions for correcting the values, if necessary. And for an added level of quality control, Client Letter’s Quality Assurance (QA) feature provides the ability to review documents for correct form and content before they go to customers.
With the Document History feature, all documents sent to customers can be reviewed or reprinted with the click of a button.
