Client Letter High-Volume Batch Manager provides High-Volume document production creating documents through dynamic/Real-Time queries from ODBC databases or from extract files (XML, flat, CSV, ASC, legacy, etc). With the click of a button, the same document or different documents can be produced in a single run, without user interaction. Client Letter High-Volume Batch Manager document production is identical to Client Letter online production; documents can share templates and print queues, and the produced document is retained in Client Letter History for future viewing and reprinting needs. Client Letter High-Volume Batch Manager supports all functions and capabilities of Client Letter, including conditional logic, variable editing, attachments, enclosures, carbon copies, trigger documents, follow-up documents and the quality assurance feature.
Client Letter High-Volume Batch Manager is versatile, accepting customer data into documents from the driving tables and files or retrieving customer data from database tables. Jobs are easily configured once then run unattended from any windows job scheduler. Result logs are produced with input and output counts for auditing purposes.
