Client Letter incorporates optimization for High-Volume mail efficiencies including barcodes for inserters, postal discount sorts and sorting for handling and delivery.

Client Letter merges customer data into documents from external files or databases. When values are missing during the generation of the batch document, Client Letter can retrieve missing customer values through ad-hoc database query.  If the value still cannot be retrieved, Client Letter can send the document to a work queue for review and completion by a user.
