Description:

Responsibilities:
As a Top Down Systems programmer your responsibilities may include, but are not limited to the following:
- Participate in design discussions
- Help plan future product direction
- Develop in multiple environments
- Develop in multiple programming languages
- Research and code image formats – particularly Adobe PDF
- Provide support to sales
- Provide second level support to customers
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher
- Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal skills
- Calm demeanor in pressure situations and adapt quickly to changing circumstances
- Demonstrated ability to maintain a customer service focus and attitude at all times
- Ability to work effectively at all levels of the organization
- Capable of working independently or with the team, as required
- Ability to take the lead on projects and problem resolution
- Minimum of 5 years experience with UNIX/LINUX, Java, J2EE, JSP, Servlets, and SQL
- Extensive knowledge of J2EE systems and programming concepts, including EJB’s and JDBC in a production environment required
- Knowledge of WebSphere, XML, C++ and MS Office Automation highly desirable
- Must be focused, dependable and able to handle multiple tasks
- Ability to travel occasionally to customer sites by car, train, and airplane
